Hands-on experience has been essential for my personal and professional growth, providing me with business skills to be later required to navigate real-world setbacks. Working closely with entrepreneurs has sharpened my ability to decide, strategize, and execute precisely, fostering a deep-rooted sense of responsibility and accountability, key tools essential to manage projects in the long run.

    • Monitored learning progress while assessing students' progress throughout tutoring sessions, modifying teaching agendas and focusing on specific areas to meet individual learning needs.

    • Scheduled sessions to talk to legal guardians and caregivers to further comment on the student's progress.

  • Sígueme NGO

    Lima, Peru

    Jan 2018 — Dec 2020

    • Led 5 housebuilding community service expeditions overseeing approximately 130 students per trip, resulting in the construction of more than 100 houses for an urban community, significantly enhancing living circumstances following the earthquakes and Huaycos.

    • Facilitated community service tutoring initiatives with education-focused NGOs to educate low-income students during COVID-19 and tutored 5 children to improve their math and reading skills.
